Web Analyst

Sharepoint Administrator
Installed, configured and customized Sharepoint intranet site. Created subsites for departments and trained site owners, end users. Also converted Infopath forms with workflows from old paper/pdf forms.

Moodle Administrator
Installed, configured Moodle for online spaces for all courses. Wrote SQL queries for Moodle to synchonize course enrollment with the Student Information System. Supported students and faculty with problems and questions using Moodle.

Help Desk Technician
Supported and trained end users during the conversion from Pegssus Mail to Outlook. Wrote scripts to create student Active Directoty accounts in batch and developed the Student Account Retrieval site to make it easier for students.

Created weekly HTML newsletters by creating graphics, content and html. Updated the main site with new specials, events and highlights. Helped the team use CSS in the new site layout and effects.

Trainer
While part of the training group, trained customers on web design with Dreamweaver to help them build their own website. Also trained on Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Supported end users at Philip Morris during the conversion from Apple computers to Windows XP.
